Hi i got my PR in Aipp.Do i need to still live in province as i am waiting for pr card or can move without it.Thanks.

Do you have proof that you attempted to settle in that province. Technically you have freedom of movement as a OR but you were accepted under AIPP so for safety sake would have proof that you did remain in the province for a period of time, applied for jobs in the province, etc but when nothing worked out you moved.
