I submitted my study permit application (online) around the end of June. I have to leave my current place of residence and go elsewhere. The problem however is that I did not get the approval for study permit yet and I have to leave to another country. I indicated in the online application questioner (when I applied in June) that I will be submitting my application in the current place of residence.
Now I have to leave. If the application gets approved and I receive the passport request letter, can I submit my passport to the VFS or VAC center in the new country of residence?
