Hi is there anyone suggest that How can I move to canada from usa if my asylum case is pending in USA ? What best options I have ? Can I apply Canada PR through express entry from usa ?

Yes - you can apply for PR through Express Entry. Applying for PR through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry is really your only option. Any temporary visa (e.g. work permit, study permit) is going to be refused.
