hey i was here in September 2016 in advance diploma program but i got failed in first semester and now can i take admission in May intake in Saskatchewan and what are the immigration rules over there. will it make any effect in my pr? please guys suggest me asap.

It is possible that your initial study permit may get cancelled due to your failure so the college may report you as no longer being in education. If in Canada what status do you think you currently have ?
