Moving for a Year

Hello Members,

I would like to ask your advice on staying in Toronto for a year, I will be moving to Toronto/Mississauga in month of May,

1) Can I stay near Mississauga Square One Mall, I have 7 Years old kid and he will be going to school, so are the schools good near that area?
2) Is it good to book Apartment in AirBnB for an year, what will be downside price or anything else? please share your thoughts
3) If stay near Square One mall, do I need car or can I manage with Public transport (My office will be in downtown Toronto)
