I'm a Canadian citizen, but have not lived in Canada, nor been a Canadian tax resident for 10 years. I moved back to Canada permanently last year with my non-Canadian husband (who became a PR last year). We both also started new jobs when we moved back to Canada. Can we claim our moving expenses?
 
It sounds like you are starting new jobs in Canada rather than being relocated by your company. If that's the case, then no.
