I am a November applicant for PR under CEC program, however I moved to another job in another company, and I am starting their in this Monday. How do I inform CIC and what supporting document should I provided for CIC?.
Email required docs to OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca
Document supporting you employment change
1. Covering letter
2. New employer offer letter / Employment letter
3. New WP (if on closed WP)
4. Reliving letter from last employer
Although there are no set guidelines for document but in my view above set should be sufficient.
a resignation letter and AOE
from my previous company, and
an employment offer letter and
paystubs for the first month
from my current company.
In the letter, I stated that
I didn't attach a work-reference letter from the new company
because I meet all the eligibility requirements of CEC without working experience at the new company.
That's how I sent out a update letter,
In fact, I am a 2012 Oct applicant and don't know the consequence yet.
You may mail a letter with more or fewer documents.

Also where does it say that it is needed to inform them of job change? Once you qualify and apply, it doesn't matter what you do afterwards, or am I missing something here?
You could be unemployed if you like after you apply. It shouldn't matter at all.

Yes, it does mention it specifically in AOR that change of employer/occupation should be communicated. The manager who wrote my reference letter just got fired :'(. do you guys think its worth it for me to send a new contact?

it is mentioned in the AOR letter to notify them of occupation/employer change but they didn't specify which documents to include on the notification.
