I'm just wondering how's your application process going? I just moved back to my home country as well. I sent an update through the online form to tell them my address has changed and gave them new address of my home country. Haven't received a reply from them, and it's been 3 weeks. The online status still says my previous Canadian address. Should I wait? or send them a letter by mail of my new address?

You'll have to send an email to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca and they will update your address. Moving out of Canada did not affect my application and I got my PR visa within 9 months of application.
