Hello.

I recently obtained my PR after I did a soft landing in Toronto (city of destination is Toronto). I returned to my home country after obtaining my PR. However, I am thinking of moving permanently to Canada by the end of this year. Can I move and live in Montreal instead of Toronto? Is it legal given I obtained my PR through the Federal express entry program? Thanks
