I have tried a lot to search true information but failed so ask you here. It would be a great help if somebody reply.
I am almost getting PR based on AINP, but I have a very good offer from Ontario so thinking to move there after getting my PR. Now the problem is - I have read here as well as from other people that If we move to other province after getting PR (specially PNP Based), we are not eligible to apply for citizenship. Also sometime, they create problems in PR Renewal as well. I was trying to find official document from CIC website for same but couldn't find it. However my lawyer told me that there is no any rule like this.
It would be great if somebody has any legal and CIC approved document mentioned that we cannot move before 3 years of getting PNP based PR and share it here.
Please reply soon. Your help would be appreciated.

I believe certain provinces will come after you if you leave the province, especially if you signed any form which says that it is your obligation to stay in that province for a certain period of time. But according to the charter of rights you will still be able to move freely. But your province might come after you and you could have problems with getting citizenship or renewing your PR cards. Always read the conditions on your PNP.
Not all provinces will "come after you".
For example, people nominated by Ontario, after becoming PRs, can move to other province with no problem.
Their website explicitly says about that.
