My mother is visiting Canada this month from India. She has a return ticket in the month of October'12. If she goes to USA in between from May'12 to July 12 (trip for 3 months), will she be admitted back in Canada. Will there be any issue???

1. It depends on how long she is admitted to Canada. If she is admitted for 6 months then she has to return from her US visit within that 6 months period, or she will require a new TRV. That is unless she has a multiple entry TRV.

Then it is a moot point. As long as she is admissible, she will be admitted.
