Mother super visa from Dubai

hi has anyone applied for there mother super visa from Dubai I have applied my mother visa she is in Dubai from 40years right now on my brother sponsorship my husband applied her visa on 30sep it’s been 5wk there is no reply I m pregant not feeling well I have attached the doc letter as well pls help does it take really long time to get reply the visa applied online from Canada

It's not unusual for processing to take a few months - especially in cases where someone is living in a country where they only have temporary residency rather than citizenship. IRCC will not speed up the processing of the application because you are pregnant. Unfortunately there's not much you can do but wait.

But there website shows 70 days u think it will take more then that too ?

As explained above, that is only an estimate. Yes - it's certainly possible for processing to take longer.

I m really worried and waiting there is no other option I can do so we cannot call and chk with them for the update ? I have seen many ppl on this website posting that they got visa within 1 month they applied from diff countries like Pakistan India
