Mother sponsor to Son

This is Hamad Ali 27 years old, actually my sister has been living in Canada since last 06 months, my sister has already permanent residency, she already sponsored to mother in Canada I just want to know that my mother can sponsor to me or No if “Yes” what is the procedure for that one if “No” what is the procedure that she can be able to sponsor to me.

I believe it will depend on your age. I am not sure but I read that CIC is lowering the age to sponsor dependents from 22 to 18.

He said in the first post that he is 27. So, the answer is normally, No, she cannot sponsor him. I don't think that any of the exemptions would apply in this case either.

Your sister is in Canada since 6 months? she managed to sponsor your mother? - This is not possible, I think you didn't write above correctly

Either ways your mother cannot sponsor you
