In my opinion Modern city is a rural community so you expect the level of life in rural communities abroad. I believe that rural community in Canada will surely be better than 3rd world countries.

hello, i looked through Morden website and they have specific targeted occupation. Not sure they are flexible and concerned in expanding their development.

Some people have applied to them. Besides the most important thing for you is to know if you qualify and then apply don't be bothered whether people have applied.
It true they are interested in certain skills but they did say that you can apply even if you don't have does skill provided you do not qualify for other programs and do not know any one in canada.
People do change location once they are in canada but i suppose you have to spend at least 2 years out of five there in other to be free to move.
Note however that Modern City is concerned with people who want to make their place a permanent home. Leaving them would amount to a betrayal.
Don't think that because they are a rural community you won't lead a quality life. Check their site and see that they are equiped to meet modern living standard of Canada.
