Could Someone please assist me in this Period to be assessed question, What the date should be exactly since it’s a third time renewal for my mothers pr card. Very First time she got was 1 October 2013 and did renewal in 2018 September. Back then(2018) the date I put in FROM section was the date and year she got her first pr card(1-10-2013-14/09/2018)! If I submit the application today would it be “24/7/2018 to 24/7/2023 any suggestions please? Thanks

It's the five years immediately preceeding the date you apply. So yes, you have the right dates. When she got her PR card is irrelevant.
