I want to immigrate my mom and sister in Canada from Bangladesh. but the problem is our income is $53 thousand.and our family unit is 5 with my mom and sister.can my mother in law co sign for them when I applied.also my mother in law is my aunt and my moms elder sister too.my mother in law is also working her yearly income is $30 thousand.

No. Only a spouse or common-law partner can co-sign.
