Modifying the forms with pen after electronically filled

Hi,

I have a quick question, looking for opinion.

I have filled all forms on the computer. I thought I made sure everything is right. After printing and waiting for one last paper to be issued by my employer, I reviewed it one last time and noticed very minor details were wrong. Example I need to change mother birthday from a 5 to a 7. The thing is my laptop crashed and I can't retrieve the form to change the date. Can I change it by pencil or I need to fill it up again electronically. I found 3 mistakes in 3 different forms and they are all minor; one digit has to be changed in a date.

Forms that have a "VALIDATE" button should only be filled in electronically as they generate barcodes which contain the form data. Any other forms can be hand corrected.

Not really sure what effect that would have with CIC. We had similar mistakes too before sending it out. All I did was reprint the incorrect form with the proper information and we had no problem.
