I work in mortgages which is a skill type B but due to the company trimming staff i also take call centre calls but a call centre worker is category C.
My immigration solicitor says that i only have to match about 60% of the duties listed for such job to be justifed in working in that role.
However in my situation where i do these two jobs and have done for 3 years, am i okay to state i can be cateogrised as B and C? If so i’m hoping as part of the atlantic pilot i can apply for both C and B cateogrised jobs as my descriptions matches all the duties of call center job B and mortgage officer skill B....
