Mistake on IMM5532

I submitted an outland application and realized I had made a mistake on the form IMM5532. Put the sponsor's last name where PA's last name was. Everywhere else, the name is correctly written down. Should I worry about my app being returned?

many of us made mistakes but worrying won’t help in any ways
if it will be returned then so be it, there is nothing you can do before that either
