Mistake in Photograph

Hi Folks,

I received Passport request and have sent my passport and photos to Canadian High Commission Islamabad. The back of the photo has the name and complete address of the photo studio along with the date when the photo was taken. I mentioned my dated of birth behind the photo However, I forgot to write my name.

I am not worried about my application? Feeling nervous.
Please suggest....

Quick question. How long did the entire process take for you ? from application sent to Passport request ?

reply to your question: it took none months till my passport request.

Please assist me in how to explain I misunderstood the instructions?? which is the reality that I misunderstood it.

Just send them the photographs again with the right information. And attach an extra sheet explaining that you are re sending the photos because you forgot to add the missing information in the previous ones.

Make sure you put your file number, your name, dob etc when sending these docs again so they can link this new info with your file. Hope it makes sense.
