Mistake in my WES evaluation

Hello all, WES completed my evaluation and made mistakes in my name and year of study. I want to create my profile and later edit the “date of which my credential was evaluated”. I already contacted them but Its taking a long time for them to send me a corrected copy. I don’t know if the new report will bear a different date.
