Mistake in my profile post ITA

I received ITA on November 28. I discovered a few days ago that there is a mistake in my profile. In fact I answered YES when asked if I already submit an application towards IRCC and had a previous PR application.
Should I decline this ITA and correct my profile or should I submit and write a LOE? Thanks !

P.S : my score is 458.

An loe will be enough. You can select no in pr application.

Some people told me to refuse the ITA. Only one told me to withdraw my profile and create another one.

If you have patience level, then decline and delete your application then create evrything from scratch.
