mistake in eoi

I have submitted eoi for mpnp with tick mark of yes in the column of Do you and your spouse have close relative that is permanent resident or Canadian citizen and currently resides in other Canadian province or territory ? but ,actually there is no any close relative resides in any provision other then Manitoba. immigration officer have sand me mail for clarification of this matter so how I give him clarification about this . kindly help me .
