Okay so I dunno if my case is a little bit different but i am trying to find the spreadsheet of people or the people actually in my situation. Aug 2012 sent application to Mississauga, sometime it was sent to Ottawa and finally to LA. I had an interview Jan 7th in LA and 4 days ago was asked to re-do my medicals. I did that on Tuesday and now I am wondering what next?
Anyone been in this situation? What happens after medicals? how long does it take? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Hi did the officer told you on your interview that you application was approved?
Yes, She said I "passed" the interview so next step was to confirm my medicals and if i remember correctly, do a security check. So I have done my medicals and now waiting.
Oh same with my husband, waiting after medical was done what do you mean security check?
Lol, I actually have no idea what she meant by security check...it didnt make any sense but I did not ask questions, I was more focused on the medicals being redone. My medicals were sent in last nigh (after there was an error with the hospital and I had to re-do it) so now i guess it is back to waiting.
We seem to be the only ones in similar situation, so no one can provide past experience for us since no one is responding to this thread.

Essentially all that means is that you started out like everyone else does for an OUTLAND application, only difference is they had questions about your relationship. You went to interview (that is only reason it was transferred to LA) and passed it, according to your VO. Now they will continue to process your application like they do everyone elses. They will check your medical history, but it really isn't much of an issue for spousal and do security / criminality checks. That is why you had to send them in your FBI clearance. They will also perform their own quick checks. Once they have done these, they will send you your COPR in the mail. How long that takes is any ones guess. It could be a month from now, it could be 4 months from now.

Thanks Alurra,
At least that gives some closure (a sad one though) on this case. *sigh* I guess it is waiting time. So where would be our VO in respect to checking waiting times, Ottawa or LA?
