Not sure how you could’ve already missed it.

If you’re unable to attend you can inform IRCC using the web form or the call centre. They will reschedule you.

My day was Nov 28 and not Jan 28. I had misread it. Please tell what should i do andcwhat isuslly happens in such a case

Like I already mentioned, you can contact IRCC using the web form or call the call centre number. You can google the links to both these options. They will reschedule you for the oath.
