Missing information and tax return details on application to sponsor me

Ive finally decided im applying inland and submitting my application next week hopefully.
My husband does not have a notice of assessment for last year from CRA, but has his t4. Also, hes not on good terms with his parents so he doesnt know where they live, birth dates etc.. plus his family has no idea that he is married, as were gay and his family doesnt know that. just his friends.
Will the missing info mean theyll send the forms back and will a t4 suffice?

He can print his own Option C on Service Canada. Or go to who did his taxes for him, they can log in and print it off

It would be better to do his taxes and get the notice of assessment. CIC will process an application without the NOA, but you have to have a good reason for not having one, such as you are living abroad and don't file taxes in Canada.
The visa officers prefer that the family knows about the relationship and approves of it, but of course there are exceptions. In a case like yours, you should just explain in the application that the family does not know about your marriage because they do not know that he is gay. He should also explain that he does not get on well with his parents and so does not know some of the details asked for in the application. Anywhere in the application where they ask about his parents, he should put the information he knows, then attach a separate sheet of paper explaining why he does not have the missing information. With everything explained up front, having missing information should not cause the application to be refused or sent back.
