My friend was requested to provide additional documents to her visitor visa and assigned a deadline for 01/06/2021, however she miss read the deadline for 06/01/2021. Hence she missed the submission deadline. However she managed to upload the requested document and click submit ( though the note aside the submission column says deadline over due).
the questions are, would her additional submitted documents considered received? Or is it just a technical glitch and her uploaded documents won’t be actually submitted and received?
If received, would the immigration officer consider this hose late submitted doc. ?
If not, what her options if she is to be considered inadmissible for 5 years?
