Missed visa application forms in my visa application - URGENT PLEASE HELP !!!

I made a big mistake ...on 29th January 2013 I applied for Temporary multiple entry visa to CPP -Ottawa, I sent in paper application, later on I realized that I missed couple of application forms to submit such as family information, document checklist and copy of letter of my employment. I have already paid fees.

My application must have reached by yesterday to CPP OTTAWA and I have my flight ticket booked for 27th February from Canada to India. Can someone please advise what should I do as I must want multiple visa on my paasport within time..???

Is there anyway i can contact anyone or send filled forms one more time.

Please advise and help as I am in big trouble..

1. As it was incomplete it will probably be refused and returned, so you would have to re-apply.
2. You could reapply now and pay the fee, and hope that works.
3. You know the processing time is 16 days. If it is approved, then you have to mail your passport to Ottawa for the counterfoil and they mail it back. You aren't going to make your flight.
4. So apply in India when you are there, or apply on line overseas now.
