Hi is there any of you who have experienced missed the 30 days for taking the biometrics. I already email and explained the details of my case. We oversight the letter thats on the Spam folder. TIA

I missed my deadline as well, i sent a request in the web form asking for extension today, haven't received a reply yet. Do you have any updates on your situation?
