So I got invited and jumped the gun with being too enthusiastic and forgotten an employment letter from my job agency.
I was contracted by the job agency to Company A and later Company A bought out my contract and put me in a full time contract with the company directly because I am not a PR/citizen for them to offer me permanent full time.
I got carried away and forgot to include the employment letter from my time when I was contracted with the job agency. How would this affect my application?
My 1 year experience is entirely with Company A starting from the contract with the job agency and I was later bought out after 6 months so I believe it's quite crucial for me to have include that employment letter.
I am hoping that they would not reject it and give me an option to appeal but what are the chances of those happening?
You can immediately raise a CSE and include the document you forgot to add. Hopefully, they add it your file before an agent gets to check for completeness

I just submitted my application on Jan 11 so I think it's recent enough for me to do it but I don't really know what a CSE is and how to do it. Is there a glossary that I can look up? Thanks

Google CSE CIC and click on the first link called IRCC webform. Fill it accordingly according to your issue in hand and the next page provides a link for document upload. Goodluck
