misrepresentation

Hi, there is a critical issue in my visit visa application of Canada, my foolish agent has filed fake employment experience but this thing is still not disclosed in IRCC they gave me a TRV refusal of not having significant ties outside Canada. When I appealed for GCMS not there was also written no misrepresentation, so what should I do now file a letter to IRCC through a Canadian lawyer but information of misrepresentation will be disclosed, and the chances of being banned for 5 years are also higher it's risky because this decision is on the visa officer.
