Misrepresentation

Hey,

I am applying for my spouse PR. While applying I noticed that she didn't fill out her previous marriage on her visitor visa application, she applied couple months back. But, I am more then willing to notify about the mistake which was made by her consultant previously of not filling out the information about her previous marriage. As her intentions were not to hide any information because last year she also applied for her PR through the express class entry and she did mention about her divorce.

Can someone please advise what I can do to prevent the misrepresentation.

All she can do is submit a letter of explanation. Don't try to blame the consultant, as she was still 100% responsible for the app.
