Hi all. Just a few questions regarding returning to Canada after misrepresentation. I was issued with a departure order and exclusion order for misrepresentation. I left on my own accord and funded my return back to the UK. It's now been almost two years since my return and I would love to return to Canada via express entry. I have an offer of employment and just wondered what are my chances of returning?? Has anyone done it?

Sure - people have successfully returned after an exclusion order.

Once your employer has an approved LMIA, you can apply for the closed work permit and see what happens. Make sure you're honest about your immigration history in Canada in that application.
