Principal Applicant (PA) has 3 dependents.
PA and 3 dependents obtain PR.
Dependent#3 left home due to a bad confrontation with family wrt being molested by the PA as a child and broke all ties.
Dependent#1 got caught with misrepresenting previously refused visas.
If Dependent#1 is found inadmissible, I am under the impression the PA and 3 Dependents would be sent back. Is that true?
If so, what are the chances of Dependent#2 given the chance to stay?
What are the chances of Dependent#3 give the chance to stay?

This honestly isn't enough information for any of us to comment on the possible outcomes and also too complex an issue for a free immigration forum where none of us are immigration lawyers.
You need to hire an immigration lawyer for a consult where you can share the full details of what happened, including detailed information about the misrepresentation / fraud.
