Thx for the question. student is different than worker. student cant apply for PNP just a worker can. so if you move to other province you have to find good job who is willing to give you skill or/and semi skill job. PNP requested hours and salary, (different province to province) finally nominate you to PNP. if I were you I would change the job to skill work and apply CEC.
