I was removed from Canada as a minor by my parents against my will in 2010(when I was aged 10) after living 3 months in Canada with my family as a PR immigrant as my parents had family issues in india. It was against my will but I could do nothing as I was a minor. I wanted to come back to Canada but my parents were not willing to send me alone as a minor. Later my Visa expired. Now it's almost been 7 years and I'm studying in grade 12 (age 17). I want to live rest of my life in Canada only and study in Canada as I love this country . I have always admired Canada since my childhood. I am a brilliant student and will contribute towards it's prosperity. Is there any way my PR status can revive as I was removed as a minor against my will? Also if you can add how can I carry forward the revival proceeding and when should I apply for it,I shall be highly obliged

First step is to apply for the PRTD and see if you get approved. If you get approved you will be able to study in Canada. Focus on trying to get the prtd.
Thanks!!!! What are my chances of getting a PRTD as I was removed as a minor against my will? Can I apply for it after I age 18 ? can I apply for it while I am in India ?

You must apply for it while in India, under H&C claim that you were removed from Canada as a minor and are looking to return at first opportunity to go to school and live in Canada permanently. The closer you are to age 18, the better. The older you get the more difficult the PR TD approval will become. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...rvices/new-immigrants/pr-travel-document.html
There is a good chance for approval, since this H&C reason is usually accepted. However it's not guaranteed, and there have been similar cases where PR TD was denied. If it's denied, you could appeal the decision. And if appeal is also denied, that would effectively terminate your PR status. The only way to know for sure is to submit the PR TD app and hope for the best.
If it's approved, you would use the PR TD to fly to Canada, and apply to renew your PR card.
Im turning 18 this september (2018) . Im looking to apply for PRTD in october (2018). Will it be favourable ? How long does getting a PRTD process take after applying .
I was 2 years old when I got my permanent residency to Canada along with my mother and father , at that time there was a conflict between my parents. So I stayed back home against my will with my mother while my father travelled to Canada and after few years he got the Canadian citizenship. Because of that I lost my permanent residency and never landed in Canada . Now I am 32 years old trying to find a way back to Canada to settle for good and live there, I was wondering if there is a way to get the permanent residency or citizenship , knowing that my mother now lives in Toronto with her new husband and kids where they have the permanent residency. Please advise .
