Minor Link application

Greetings all,
Can i link a visitor application for a child online . ( 3 yrs old )

The VAC tracking indicate its at visa office and under consideration, however when i try to link its saying cant locate file. I submitted an application for my self and was able to link with no issues.

Better to ask the VAC. Each VAC has its own rules.

Got it to link...So mine is linked so is the minor.
