I know some threads have addressed this issue but I wanted to ask if anyone has this specific circumstance:
I am currently applying for my children's citizenship 5(2) and because we have been living in Egypt we are unable to provide a second piece of ID which states their name and date of birth. Egypt does not have the equivalent of a Health Card or any kind of ID card before they turn 15. My children are 13 and 9 years old. Has anyone had this issue? I am applying online and chose the first ID to be their passport bio page, however for the second ID I have provided their birth certificate. I have included a "letter of explanation". Any advice?
