Hi,

I've been working in a tech company as web designer for 6months now.
employer wants to proceed with the LMIA and my worries are I don't have the proper job experiences to make my resume fancy.

however this is under Global talent stream (web designer). I wonder what are the chances of getting a positive LMIA with a company w/ good finance but employee with weak job experience.

Will writing a good transition plan help at all?
