About Me:

I am a software engineer from India interested to apply for Canada PR since the cap is closed at present i would like to proceed with Quebec skilled worker program and then later relocate to Toronto.

Query :
Is there any minimum period of stay required in Quebec before moving to other provinces of Canada ? If so how many number of days and what is the procedure to relocate from Quebec to Ontario ?
