Minimum requirement for express entry

I had taken the exam in sept month,
Could score
Listening- 7.5
Reading-7
Speaking-7.5
Writing- 6
Overall -7
Some people says, I still can apply, some asked to take exam again.
Any comments guys.

Depends on your CRS score and reason for IELTS. For express entry, getting atleast CLB-9 in all sections gives you a good jump due to combo scores. Currently you're not CLB-9 in listening and writing, so you may want to reapply.
