hello guys I want to know about minimum points required for the express entry

Then use the CRS calculator on this site, and/or the official one on the CIC site.

The lowest score to receive an ITA (invitation to apply) so far, is 451.

Not true. One still needs to meet the minimum of 67 points for FSW:

There's FST and CEC that don't apply FSW rules. But yes there are requirements to get into the poll, but not on the points (although these req'ms leads to points)
