Minimum Entry Criteria for Federal Skilled Trades

Hello,

I have recently applied (2 days ago) for the Express Entry profile online. I have already received an update that my profile is not eligible as the minimum entry criteria is not met. I am trying to figure out what is not accurate as my initial eligibility check for express entry stated that I am eligible for the application. Can anyone please help me understand how I need to take this further?
