One of my parents is an ex military officer. I have already submitted the IMM5546 form. Today we got an email stating that 'A certified copy of military records' is needed. Do you know what information do they need in this certified copy? Is it ok to notarize the IMM5546 form from an external notary and send that? Or do they need an official document from military offices? If it's the latter, what information is needed in it? Appreciate the help.
