I am from the Philippines and I would like to migrate to Canada with my son. If I applied as a skilled worker, can I come to Canada with my son? What do I need to do?
 
If your son is under 22, he can be included as a dependent in your PR application. You will need his other parent's written permission to remove him from your home country and take him to Canada.

Only if he is under legal age. If he is above 18 but under 22 she does not need that, but that son has to agree with it in that case.
