mexico..getting fingerprints professionally for FBI...Anyone know where??

Okay, so my husband has been trying to get fingerprints done to get the FBI police clearance....And we are getting super frustrated because there is no where close to him that will do it. (he is in Puerto vallarta,JAL mexico)
Has anyone here gotten fingerprints done anywhere in mexico that were legible to send to FBI and with positive results?
If so, please tell me where in mexico you went and the phone number....at this point we are willing to travel across mexico to get this done properly..

There are a few people here who did their prints on their own and it worked. They just had to use a good quality ink and sent in 5 fingerprint cards. You don't really need a professional to do it, just search Youtube videos and they will show you how to do it.
