Question:
I am in the process of sponsoring my husband, but we would like to be together as soon as possible. He has not been able to get a visitors visa to come see me in our entire courtship.
He now has the possiblity of a job offer. If he gets this offer, is there a possiblity he will be rejected a work visa because he is in the process of being sponsored by his wife?
( I have not sent in the paperwork yet as am still waiting on some documents, should I wait on this offer first??)
