I doubt it. I got my AOR 10 days ago. It is still CAN000XXXXXXXX. For me as well as wife.
In fact I don't remember this earlier but I just checked my profile again right now. And it seems that now both my daughters also have a UCI assigned to them. I certainly don't remember them being assigned a UCI earlier (I remember me and my wife getting it). They are 3 and 1 years old respectively.
So the moral of the story is that it is better to get it rectified and I will talk to my consultants again on Monday, if they do it then it will be good or else I will revoke my application as @EE456 has told and will leave them for good.
Thanks again.

Unlike what some were saying, the truth should be told consistently from the beginning right till the end. When you say one thing in your profile and another in your application, that will get flagged and put to review required. You don't withdraw your application, you only revoke their representation of you. This is your application so don't let them tell you to start all over now that you have made it this far.
