Hey Guys, so I got my medical request already and indicated I had depression. I had already indicate a mental health history when I applied I had to put in medical documents, but after getting my medical request, at my medical I still indicated a history of depression. I am being asked to provide documents from my psychaitrist indicating I stopped medication as I indicated to the doctor. Is this a problem? Is this too complicated?
