Medicals prior to ITA in India

Hi,
I would like to get the Medicals done before ITA in India.
Does anybody have experience in that process?
I contacted CMM hyderabad for the medical, but they seem reluctant to do the medical without ITA.
They wanted either job offer (for Non-EDE worker category) or ITA for Express entry.

I see many threads asking if it is possible, but none about the process.
If anybody done something like this could you please let me know where, and how?
